Returns and exchanges are not permitted due to sanitary reasons.

However, if a product arrives damaged we will gladly replace it! You will need to show picture proof of damage upon request via email nashalycnl@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package; the damaged item/s must be sealed, unused, and unopened. ( We are not responsible for the shipping cost)

Once an order has been placed, it may not be cancelled.

We are not responsible if the shipping address provided was incorrect.
